Pinot Gris, Muscat and Chasselas
This is a special side project from Eric, where he is working with farmers from the village of Charnay, technically in Beaujolais, right on the border of Rhone. The farmers follow Fukuoka principals and work the land together, then Eric makes the wine. This is a field blend from a single 1 hectare vineyard planted with multiple white varietals like Pinot Gris, Muscat and Chasselas. Aromatic and friendly with exotic tropical notes and musky stone fruit. Drink this in the sunshine with something spicy.
