This 2021 is a wonderful syrah/grenache from the cooler microclimate of Caunes-Minervois, nearby his mentor and friend Jean-Baptiste Senat. Ecocert-certified, biodynamic, and hand-harvested with no filtering or fining and low sulfur. Spends one year in used barrels but still exemplifies the fresh and lively style for which Benjamin is known.
