Heya Kanz Grenache Syrah Blend is a Lebanese red blend made through whole cluster carbonic maceration of Grenache and Syrah. Bright and high-toned red fruits, white pepper, and woody tannins. Perfect for a light chill. Both varietals go through carbonic maceration, then native yeast fermentation and aging in amphora. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with a small amount of sulfur.
